We were the first Uber taxi sales team in Taiwan, committed to building a local driver service network to provide more comprehensive driver coverage for users and to enhance market share. I worked for Uber for a year, and during that time, the Taiwan sales team had more than 20 members. I left as one of the Top 3 sales performers.

• In-person recruitment: Actively recruiting local taxi drivers in public areas and persuading them to offer their services through app.
• Competitor and market research: To create competitive recruitment plans for new drivers, tracked and collected market information monthly, which helped us develop new strategies.
• Driver education: Teaching drivers how to operate the app effectively and ensuring drivers are knowledgeable enough to answer passengers' questions.

I started this job as an intern, became a full-time employee after graduating, and was promoted to the youngest manager in charge of more than 50 brands in a department store three years later. As a manager, I was expected to achieve multiple milestones.

• Sales Tracking: Analyzing and reviewing store sales performance by comparing current results to the previous year's. Identifying reasons for changes, enhancing strengths, and addressing weaknesses.
• Problem Solving: During Covid-19 pandemic, when retailers, especially restaurants, were severely affected, I created a Google Sheet for customers to order items and coordinated with partners to set up an outdoor take-away stop. This allowed customers to get what they needed without entering store, helping us maintain sales. Due to this creative solution, I even had a opportunity to take pictures with then-mayor.
• Investment Promotions: We identified trending and rapidly growing brands online and invited them to open branches in our store, providing the latest products to our customers.
