
I am a motivated and proactive individual with hands-on experience in customer service and sales.At the start of 2025, I volunteered at the British Heart Foundation (BHF) as a Sales Assistant to strengthen my sales ability and confidence. My responsibility was simple: ensure that every individual who entered the store left with a purchase. Although it was challenging at first, consistently approaching potential customers helped me develop strong communication skills and directly contribute to increased revenue for the organisation.
Following this, I worked as a Sales Assistant at Tesco, where I gained valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment. My role involved assisting customers, managing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining high store standards. This position helped me build resilience, improve my customer‑facing skills, and learned how to adapt quickly while delivering excellent service.
Before all of this, I studied Business BTEC, which gave me a solid understanding of core business principles such as marketing, finance, strategy, and operations. This foundation has helped me approach every role with strong analytical thinking, and i massively improved my 1-1 communication skills throughout the course
