• This internship improved my communication ability with patients and staff and helped me understand the practicalities of running a dental practice.
• The significance of teamwork and empathy was highlighted here, requiring decisive and strong communication between staff and patients to ensure patient needs were met.
• During my brief tenure as a receptionist, I oversaw the management of patient documents and files, ensuring proper arrangement and preservation of patient privacy, thereby enhancing my organisational and administrative abilities.
