Analytical

• Studying A-Level Economics and Mathematics has enabled me to develop my analytical skills, as they both require critical thinking, and problem-solving Some of my results reflect my analysis ability to great effect For example, I achieved A* in both subjects in my Year 12 examinations
• The lettings property where I work can get extremely busy when there are numerous boookings This would put me under a lot of pressure to keep multiple customers satisfied at once I had to deal with simultaneous requests from different customers, which required me to analyse each request and carry out methodical responses to maximise customer satisfaction

Communication

• I assisted at a college open evening, which requires someone who is confident and can communicate to hundreds of people, including parents and students with lots of questions about the subject
• As a lettings assistant, I was entrusted by my manager to train new employees with the same job title This required effective communication between us so that the new employees understood their role as a lettings assistant

Leadership

• During Year 12, I was assigned group leader in a project which involved researching different Government policies in response to rising inflation I had to communicate effictively with my team to allocate each person a different policy to research Then, I created a PowerPoint summarising our findings and presented it to our Economics class
• I have captained my local football team from u15 to u18 level This requires great leadership skills to unify a large group of players in order to optimise results

Enthusiasm

• I attend as many career related events as possible Some include talks by BDO and PwC, a UCAS discovery avent in Newport, and multiple virtual work experience programmes
