I am currently employed as the bar supervisor in the Walled City Hotel where I carry out tasks such as:

• Managing and diffusing customer difficulties by offering alternative solutions caused by any problems during service.
• Implemented new cocktail recipes by researching current trends in the industry.
• Collaborated with team members to provide seamless service during busy periods.
• Managed stock levels efficiently, preventing shortage during peak hours.
• Trained new staff members effectively, ensuring top-notch service standards were maintained.
• Ensured tills were correctly carried out at the end of the day which helped mitigate any confusion of a loss of sales.

• My roles while working in this establishment were as follows
  To serve customers drinks such as lagers, spirits, cocktails and
  coffees.
• To take food orders during lunch and dinner menus, clear tables
  after tables were finished their meals and receive payment from
  customers for each table I served or maybe others that were also
  required to pay for food served.
• Serve during wedding functions or any other function booked in
  our function room, sometimes help on the pass for food being
  served at certain functions.
• Have been asked to assist porters at night and also carry out portage
  while tour groups arrived.

• From the 18th of March to the 2nd of October 2024, I spent my time
  working as a bartender at this establishment.
• I was tasked with being responsible for working under certain
  functions such as weddings, rooftop stag and hen parties, and
  birthdays.
• From the 2nd of October to my last day of employment I had moved
  over to the nights department. I very much enjoyed my time on
  nights and underwent training on the desk during the day and night
  time shifts. Learning how to great guests as they arrived with also
  learning how to check in and out customers, paying out car park
  tickets and jewelry sales while on the desk.

• I started my employment with Desmond's in 2017 and spent 5 years there. I first started as a trainee for the first year and a half and was brought on as an apprentice mechanic in which I completed an apprenticeship program of 2 years. I received my level 2 qualifications after those two years and entered into my level 3 year. In this additional 2 year period I went through my level 3 training for electric vehicles in which I received my level 3 qualifications, this training took place in nuts corner and was a Toyota approved course.
• Responsibilities I had throughout my time at Desmond's can be seen listed below:
• Completed oil changes for improved engine health and performance.
• Achieved safety assurance by conducting meticulous brake system checks.
• Installed new car parts for extended vehicle longevity.
• Maintained high standards of workmanship with attention to detail during repairs.
• Carried out MOT tests to certify roadworthiness of vehicles.
• Upheld excellent workshop safety standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
