My name is Tamzin, I am 20 years old, currently studying at university of West London.
I have been working from the age of 14 so I have a bit of experience in certain things, like a receptionist, bartender and play worker.
I am a hard worker. If I am given a task I will do it to the best of my ability, not just do it quickly to be finished.
I will use my skills to help me with tasks, like communication, teamwork, leadership and many other skills I have gained from working throughout the years.
I love working, but I would like to find a long-term job where I am able to work Monday- Friday (full days) as I feel this will give me more experience which is what I want.
I am always early, I always arrive before my shift starts to give me enough time to prepare for the day and use my time management skills to make sure I'm able to work at my best ability.
All these skills I have gained are great to use in my job.
During my employment here my role was to make sure customers are seen to. Taking their drink and food orders, making sure I got the right order and sent the order to the kitchen.
I acted in a professional manner at all times; making sure I asked customers for their ID if they ordered alcohol. Also asked if anyone had allergies if they were ordering food as part of the safety protocol.
My main role was to make sure customers were satisfied with the service I was providing and making sure they had a postive experience.
My main responsibility was to make drinks for the clients and make sure their needs are met.
How I would do this was welcoming them in with a smile, making sure I had got their booking, checking the date to make sure they booked the right date.
After I would tend to their needs whether that be requesting drinks or enquiries they might have.
I dealt with the phone call bookings. I would make sure their name and details were correct, I would also organise the diary to make sure we have enough space, enough staff and enough time for what they request.
As I worked with a team I also helped them when they needed it as well to make it a positive work environment.
