The book "The Status Game" by Will Storr argues that "We are the sum of the games we play". Storr’s point is that human beings are driven by the pursuit of status, and the "status games" we play shape our identity. The most recent "game" I played was running the Vienna Marathon with my brother in April 2026. With much difficulty, I finished the race in a respectable time. In addition, I completed a Business Management (Marketing) degree at Swansea University. The course didn't come naturally; however, it challenged my way of thinking about problem-solving by not relying on logic and past data as the answer. As Rory Sutherland illustrates in the book Alchemy, “the fatal issue is that logic always gets you to exactly the same place as your competitors”. As of now, I am working at Waitrose as a shop assistant. Although this isn't the most glamorous job, it's teaching me valuable lessons while working with good people. Dedicated [Job Title] with experience in achieving tangible results and cross-team collaboration. Proactive and excited to partner with like-minded individuals to achieve goals.
