I am a hardworking, self-disciplined student currently studying marine science at the Scottish association for marine science, a partner of the university of the Highlands and Islands. Currently in 2nd year and interested in studying at UNIS over the 3rd year semesters to get a degree in Arctic Biology by the end of 4th year. Throughout my years at SAMS and previous work I have developed excellent skills in teamwork , labwork, time management and gained an appreciation for the outdoors and the living world.

Vine Trust Tanzania expedition

· Was chosen to be part of a team fundraise enough money to travel to Tanzania and help build a house or a family in need.

· Was postponed due to covid but will hopefully be able to continue at some time.

Duke of Edinburgh Awards

  • Achieved Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver; working towards gold but was delayed because of Covid.
  • Developed leadership and teamwork skills navigating and enduring the expedition; was able to support less physical individuals in the team ensuring that they were able to complete their award.
