An organised and approachable professional, with experience supporting a diverse range of people. I have experience working with children with SEND, families and members of the public with professionalism and empathy. I hold a First Class BA (Hons) in History and a Level 3 Early Years qualification, which have helped me develop strong skills in communication, organisation and analysis.
In my previous role as a Nursery Practitioner, I built positive relationships with families, kept accurate and confidential records in line with data protection requirements, planned daily schedules and supported children with a wide range of individual needs. I enjoy helping people, working collaboratively, as well as working independently and managing my own workload.
Following a career break due to personal reasons, I am looking forward to being able to return to work in a role where I can use my existing skills to support others to reach positive outcomes. I am also interested in developing a career in administration within a healthcare environment.
