Accomplishments

Reward received by Walsall Council for the impact we made to the homeless and marginalised in Walsall.

Certification

I write all of the education packages at Street Teams for the families and siblings. This helps to raise awareness in each subject area; child criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation, child financial exploitation, internet safety, knives, healthy and unhealthy relationships.

For the siblings I have created games that act as assessments and to educate them in age appropriate information. I also do craft, drama, and music activities to boost mental health and to gain more insite into what they have been exposed to.

I have experience of being an appropriate adult when a child has been arrested, I have also gone through the court process numerous times for both victims and children that have exploited into criminal activity.  I have a passion for encouraging the child to not only find their voice but also to use it. This is done at the child's pace and I am there through the process. I am fierce with challenging professionals when I hear them victim blaming.
