• Liaise with sample machinist and make sure samples are made correctly according to buyers specifications

• I took care of running the design room and created patterns solely for New look which covered all departments e.g 915 kids, dresses.
• This involved creating working drawings and demonstrating make-up, Matching fabrics and trims, identifying issues and suggesting improvements, liaising with printers and fabric suppliers
• Rating the garment across the width of the fabric manually grading patterns
• I have excellent knowledge of garment construction and fitting also qualified and experienced on using all types of industrial sample machines and worked as an influential member of the team.
