  • Advance planning of all rehearsal, concert, and event logistics. I liaise with venues to create technical riders and schedules, hire instruments, any other arrangements as necessary.
  • Creating paysheets for projects, ensuring all artists receive payment in a timely manner.
  • Oversee all aspects of orchestra auditions, with guidance from the personnel director.
  • Ensure the internal orchestral management is maintained.
  • Prior to taking over the Concerts Manager role, I worked as the Concerts Assistant (Jun 23-Jan 25), and Concerts Coordinator (Jan 25-Jan 26), where I managed the orchestra's library, and booked rehearsal and event venues.
