• End-to-End Project Leadership: Managing the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction, architectural and structural design coordination, and construction issue drawings, to final handover, including interior design execution.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Leading cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants; managing expectations of both clients and local authorities, ensuring alignment across all phases.
• Cost & Procurement Oversight: Overseeing the procurement and selection of all building materials, FF&E, and subcontractors; managing all Quantity Surveying (QS) processes, valuations, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with the £10M+ budget.
• Regulatory & Planning Coordination: Responsible for all planning permission applications and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and building codes. Acting as key liaison with local councils and statutory bodies.
• Construction Oversight: Supervising on-site execution and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and progress through rigorous progress tracking and interim valuation control.
• Digital Project Controls: Utilizing industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) for project scheduling, cost control, document tracking, and performance reporting.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying and resolving project risks and technical issues, minimizing delays and cost overruns while maintaining project integrity and delivery targets.
• Handover & Close-Out: Leading final inspections, approvals, and handover processes, including punch list management and client sign-off.

As a requirement of the agreement between Shell and WS Atkins LTD for the construction and management processes of fuel station constructions within the borders of Turkey, management of the establishment processes of WS ATKINS company in Turkey, establishment of technical, office and field teams, management of the relationship and tender processes between Shell and contractor companies and monitoring of the construction processes from the project design phase to the commissioning phase...

In relation to fuel station constructions, assistant site manager, site manager and project manager positions were undertaken. During this long period, within the scope of consultancy and project management services provided to fuel companies in Turkey, project manager and customer representative positions within Temkar of fuel companies such as Shell, BP, Turcas and Petrol Ofisi were also undertaken.
