Administrator responsible for liaising with tenants, as well as managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties.
Responsible for enrolling students and coordinating timetables, as well as dealing with queries from tutors and students - face to face, over the phone and via email.
This was a customer service role in retail. There was also an element of sales as I mostly worked in the furniture department, ordering sofas and other large items for customers.
