Achieving a Distinction in BTEC ICT has strengthened my ability to use digital systems and sales platforms effectively, while my A-levels in Business Studies and Technology have provided me with valuable knowledge of consumer behaviour, marketing, and technical awareness. This combination of practical experience, academic achievement, and ICT proficiency equips me with the skills needed to build strong customer relationships, present products confidently, and contribute to the success of a dealership sales team.
