I set up Canoe Tamar as a partnership in 2004 the company then grew over the following years to become on of the South Wests leading attractions named Treesurfers. I was responsible for the staff recruitment, training and monitoring. Maintenance of everything from the coffee machine to the safety systems used for our activities. I was involved in all aspects of the day to day running of a LTD company. I resigned as a Director in April this year to pursue my passion for coaching. I remain a shareholder in the business.
