Oliver Grubb was employed by Riverford Organic Farmers from March 2015 until July 2017. During this time Ollie worked as a Face to Face Sales Representative as one of the original members of our Hampshire sales team.

Ollie was pivotal in the success of this new team, leading the team to become top sales team for most of the time Ollie was with us. His positivity, hard work and fantastic attitude were key to not only his own impressive personal performance but that of the whole team.

During his time with Riverford Ollie was the first ever sales rep to hit the milestone of getting 1,000 new customers to join Riverford. He developed from a team member into a sales team manager, always approaching every task with enthusiasm.

Ollie won awards for best sales team two years running against 60 hungry teams. He was always keen to come up with new ideas and help us to grow our Face to Face Channel of Acquisition.

I am sorry to see Ollie leave and wish him the best of luck with his own business which I have watched him set up from day one, bringing the same level of hard work and enthusiasm we were used to from him at Riverford.

I would highly recommend Ollie to any employee and if the chance became available we would reemploy Ollie here at Riverford.
