1.a. AI GRC Tool

• Led end-to-end implementation of an AI GRC tooling platform, defining scope, plans, acceptance criteria, and cooridntaing cross‑functional stakeholders across Vendor, Procurement, Legal, Business, Information Security, Global Technology, and IDA business functions to ensure controlled, on-time implementation.
• Developed project artefacts including business cases, PDRs, requirements, testing catalogues and governance documentation, ensuring clear traceability and readiness for all organisational tollgates (Architecture Review Board, AI Governance, Procurement Onboarding, Change Management).
• Facilitated weekly working group meetings, maintaining RAID logs, resolving blockers, tracking dependencies and ensuring progress against critical milestones.

1.b Risk Quantification Tool

2. Risk Intelligence Vendor Transition- Project Manager for Global Insurance Firm

• Led the transition of a global risk‑intelligence and mass‑notification platform ahead of contract renewal, conducting comparative analysis of capabilities and business requirements across three major business functions to validate tooling suitability.
• Coordinated procurement, vendors and business SMEs to define the optimal replacement solution, facilitating demos, evaluation workshops and weekly alignment meetings to progress towards POC readiness.
• Identified and escalated legal‑related timeline risks, enabling senior leadership to agree mitigations and implement workarounds to safeguard seamless BAU operations.

3. PowerBI Dashboard Delivery for C-Suite Reporting – Project Manager for Global Insurance Firm
