I am a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual with a strong passion for supporting children’s learning and development within a primary school environment. I am particularly drawn to working with young learners because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their early experiences of education, helping them to grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.

I have a natural ability to build positive relationships with children by being patient, approachable, and understanding. I recognise that every child is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and ways of learning. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where all pupils feel valued and supported to achieve their full potential. I take pride in encouraging positive behaviour and promoting kindness, respect, and cooperation among children.

I am highly organised and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. I am confident in supporting classroom activities, assisting with lesson preparation, and working both independently and as part of a team. I understand the importance of clear communication with teachers, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Safeguarding and the wellbeing of children are always my top priorities. I am committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and I understand the importance of following school policies and procedures at all times.
