Alongside my fitness experience, I bring over 7 years of customer service experience, giving me excellent communication skills, confidence in working with a wide range of clients, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. I worked as a Saturday girl for Daliya's Spa & Beauty, this was to gain experience and have an insight of what a job and ‘work' would look like at a young age. This was to have an understanding of financial freedom and independence.
Talking customers allowed me to build up my communication and customer service skills. This gave me the opportunity to be independent a young age.

In Dec 2020, I worked for Sainsbury’s as a Christmas temp, during this time I worked on checkouts and customer services. Although I was trained in every department, my main role was to work on assisting customers on the tills, self scan and smart shop.
During this time I worked as a bartender/waitress. Covid restrictions were still implemented and therefore social distancing was required.
I worked front of house at a busy dining establishment. I have thoroughly enjoyed working here as it’s really helped with my social skills and customer service. This job has helped me build connections and relationships within the team I work with aswell as returning diners. My allocated tasks were as follows:
Whilst being a Coach/Assistant at BabyBallers my duties to deliver sessions to children at the age range of 16 months - 6 years old. My responsibilities include, fostering good sportsmanship amongst the children and team players, resolving disputes and addressing bad behaviour in a timely manner, Teaching relevant skills, tactics and techniques, developing and implementing new training sessions every week to teach the children new skills and keep them engaged during sessions.
As a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, I work with a diverse range of clients, of all athletic abilities. I help set short term and long term fitness goals by planning a fitness programme for clients to achieve their desired targets. I coach, motivate and teach all individuals how to follow their programmes safely and effectively, as well as giving tips and advise on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes to sustain healthy habits.
Seevic College - I was given the opportunity to work at Seevic College and gym for a week.
This gave me the chance to experience what it was like to work as a gym instructor, coach and teacher.
Stack House Gym Rayleigh - Initially I was assigned to jobs such as cleaning the gym floor, for example putting any left-out weights back on the racks, as well as being assigned to reception, on the tills and signing members of the gym in. I also gave tours of the gym floor and show how to operate the machines. Talking to the staff expanded my awareness as to what it is like to become a personal trainer and how you can progress in the future.
My roles in the gym progressed, I participated in assisting HIIT/Circuit classes as well as making pre-workouts and protein shakes for the customers.
