Lucas Castle

Overall , I have really enjoyed working for my uncle each Saturday over the past 2 years and felt that I am very lucky to have this opportunity for my first job as the work environment is quite a calm place and not very busy compared to the other job I had worked in the past. From this experience my social skills have improved drastically due to me having to speak to customers and help them with their issues concerning the barbers which now allows me to easily speak and understand a customers problem and how to solve it , my ability to follow orders from higher positions E.G adults , managers ECT has greatly improved due to me having to take food orders and just general orders which helps me now take orders whether I agree/want too or not.

I enjoyed the time I had working under this establishment and sadly I had to quit the job before I started my last year of high-school. So I could focus all my time on my exams , but from this experience I have increased my ability to work with others in a team as-well as learning how to respond to situations when put under pressure and learning how to keep my personal work are clean and safe. This job allowed me to acquire a range of skills that are essential to being successful in any field of work . and I am looking forward to further increase these skills in my next job opportunity.
