Iam responsible for looking after general medical patients with diverse medical backgrounds.   • I Adapted myself to ever-changing patient and staff needs for effective, efficient department management. As, it was a new ward, with no regular consultant and locum junior doctors, i had to step up as the sole medical registrar to sort out clinical and non-clinical issues.
