My name is Molly, I am 24 years old and I began my journey into becoming an SEN Teaching Assistant in 2019 through Leek and Buxton College Apprenticeship Scheme to gain my Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. with now 7 years of experience in the SEN Educational Field and a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs. I am skilled and proactive in creating inclusive learning environments, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs, and collaborating with teachers and parents to develop tailored strategies. Building and gaining positive relationships are the foundation of trust, encouraging student engagement, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to every task.
