
I am an early-career professional with almost 2 years of experience in supporting Disabled and Neurodivergent students ages 16 and above. I am looking for a career-change and want to bring my skillset to Recruitment. My skills include translating and simplifying complex information for individuals into clear, structured formats that enhance their understanding and independence. I am also well versed in managing sensitive information, working within professional boundaries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
With my skills, background in creative, therapeutic practice and my enthusiasm towards learning I feel I would be a great match for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
My role is to support students with diverse Disabilities and Neurodivergence, by simplifying academic content and instructions using visuals and clear easy-to-follow steps, I also adapt materials to improve engagement and independence, lead lessons when teachers are absent, share information with staff to enable reasonable adjustments plus uphold safeguarding and professional boundaries.
