From August 2023, I started as an intern at George Dent Nursery. This engagement ran until January 2024, until the completion of my Level 3 Early Years Workforce Childcare qualification. I then chose to expand my knowledge and skills with the children by continuing as volunteer at this nursery. Since April 2024 I have been employed as SEND Support Assistant.

• Supported chefs in managing food preparation to achieve high-quality, precise plating and presentation standards.
• Maintained cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations and storage areas.
• Disinfected food preparation areas for improved kitchen hygiene.

For two years, I practiced at Big Kids Little Kids while I was studying to become a nursery teacher Level 2 and Level 3.

• Absolutely any cleaning job: window washing, ironing, cleaning of bathrooms and toilets, basic cleaning of all rooms, general cleaning of the garden and common areas.

Planting seeds, bulbs, shrubs and other plants. Watering, fertilizing, preparing the plants for the market.

• Answered inbound telephone calls promptly, directing clients, vendors and general queries to relevant teams.
• Maintained organised filing system documenting business operations.

• Built and maintained relationships with customers. Arranged and attended property viewings, displaying in depth. Registered interested buyers and sellers in system.

• Liaised with customers to determine needs and provide recommendations. Sold goods to customers in segment through remote and direct contacts.

• Optimised customer experience, serving each guest with sincere, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Demonstrated full knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods.
