While working for Dominos I was always allocated peak hour shifts in the evening, due to my ability to deliver great customer service efficiently. This meant handling between 5 to 10 orders an hour, sometimes handling 3 to 4 per trip. If there was an issue with an order I would have to resolve the matter to the customers satisfaction, further developing my problem solving skills.

While working as a kitchen assistant I experienced what it takes to deliver an excellent service to the public. This meant helping co-workers, keeping on top of cleaning, meal prep and desserts, while simultaneously being available to any member of staff. This role often tested my skills on busy nights of the week often reaching 100% capacity, where I had to keep up with the rush and stay calm under pressure. Overall I have learnt how to keep on top of my responsibilities whilst offering a helping hand to others, making sure the team is running smoothly.

During my time at Tesco, as a customer service assistant, my shifts would start at 6am on the weekends. I would either be stocking shelves, picking customers orders or working as a cashier. The variety of duties in this role taught me how to be resourceful and how to interact with the public. My customer service skills were developed to ensure the consumer experience is a pleasant one. In the back office roles such as the warehouse operative, I was responsible for organising and packing deliveries within a time limit.
