  • Whilst working for HouseSimple I have been able to further enhance my customer service skills and gain valuable knowledge within the property industry. Working in a target drive environment has also enabled me to set clear goals over different periods and reap the rewards of achieving those goals.
  • During my career I have progressed into a management roll during a period where the company rebranded to Strike and later took over Purplebricks. Throughout this time, I have taken on responsibilities such as;
  • Developing Client and Business to business relationships with Agency Express, Viewber and Countrywide
  • Staff and client communication. Managing a small team of four I significantly increased the teams efficiency with new processes and rewards.

  • My employment at Tesco started during my time at school, and continued to provide a form of income all the way through until I finished university. Upon completion of my university course, I was given the opportunity to progress onto the management scheme that Tesco provided. This culminated, into me securing the team leader role with the company, for a period of two years. This role came to an end, when the company decided to have a restructure of its hierarchy, which in turn, lead to the role of team leader being abolished. However, due to my vast knowledge and formidable skills set, I was still offered the lower level position to which I currently hold to date.
  • Within my time at Tesco, I have undertaken many duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to managerial roles, team building activities to promote the service, proposing ideas on the store layout, customer service interaction, achieving key performance indicators, and general maintenance of the store.

Interests

Management is a concept that appeals to me in everyday life, and is visible throughout the activities conducted during my time outside of the work environment. One of which, is managing and playing for a 6-a-side football team as football is a dedicated passion of mine. I also take the time to organise, most if not all, of the social aspects of my work such as events, birthdays, and general team building activities. A passion of mine has always been music, whether it be watching live bands, or playing my own instruments, I'll never go a day without music. In my youth I also played for a band winning several battle of the bands competitions.
