Enthusiastic and reliable incoming UoB student with full-time experience in a busy restaurant, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, handle rush periods, and provide professional, friendly service as part of a team. Volunteering at a children’s aftercare group strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with different people. I’m a sociable team player who enjoys making customers’ day, and I’m keen to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to a welcoming, memorable café experience.
