In this position I completed the tasks.

Rebin - Putting items together to complete customer orders.

Packing - Parceling and packing customer orders to be shipped outbound.

Returns - Handling returned and undelivered customer parcels from customers and couriers.

Opening and inspecting the items and deeming if they have been used or damaged and whether they can go back into inventory for resale.

• As an online retailer i have managed the buying and sourcing of products from suppliers and the selling of products to the customer at every stage of the process.
• I have created ads for products. Staging them and taking photos of the products and advertising them using various Apps and websites.
• I have handmade items to sell including jewellery, key-rings, canvas paintings, personalized items and gift baskets.
• I have bred and sold pets including Fish, shrimps and dogs as i have a interest in the aquarium hobby and a love of caring for and raising animals and aquarium plants.
• Handled payments in cash and online.
• Handled postage and packing and postal duties.
• Dealt with customers online and in person politely to ensure smooth purchases or further purchases.

• As a homemaker I work round the clock to maintain the household and the family budget, I also make sure my children are organized and well cared for, other duties include: Creates a comfortable & inviting environment for the family Pays all the bills & keeps records Purchases the groceries & prepares healthy meals Maintains good health and the well being of the family Long term self sacrifice, commitment & patience

• Whilst I worked in the busy warehouse, my duties were: Loading & Unloading deliveries Count & record stock figures Packing & dispatching orders Carry out control checks, checking goods Working as part of a team Follow the correct H&S practices

• To maintain & clean on a daily basis, my duties involved: To clean all surfaces, furnishings and fittings using the specified equipment and cleaning products
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and emptying waste bins in an allocated area
• To achieve and maintain agreed standards of cleaning To maintain sufficient supplies of cleaning materials and consumables relevant to the working area
• Use industrial and standard cleaning equipment To work in a safe & hygienic manner
