Summary

I have worked as a Kitchen Assistant across three care homes between 2018 and 2022. I progressed to Assistant Chef, (self taught). I was replaced when an experienced, fully qualified chef was hired. I went on to work in food preparation in Wilkins jam factory and Wetherspoons. This summer I have had seasonal work at Essex Outdoors campsite in the kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant. I also worked at the Tea Room at Layer Marney Tower serving drinks and food. I am looking to put my skills in the kitchen to good use.
