Employed to manage a food superstore with an annual turnover of £4.5 million per annum. Responsible for recruitment, training and day to day management of 30 staff members. The main objective was the conversion of a former Somerfield unit into a refitted Co-operative and ensuring the store maintained in profit through increasing turnover and controlling costs.

First appointment after graduating from the Co-operative way. Employed to manage a food supermarket with an annual turnover of £1.5 million. Responsible for the control of budgets, staff development and the control of store systems.

Successfully graduated from the Co-operative Way Store Management Programme in October2010.

Employed as deputy manager in a retail superstore with attached cafe. Responsible for the day to day management of the shop floor, controlling sales, waste, and product range across the store. Seconded to in control team in February 2009 for 15 weeks to assist in the implementation of in control till systems into the former Lothian and Borders estate.
