During a one-week work experience in Human Resources, I gained valuable exposure to HR processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative support. I assisted the team with many tasks, such as understanding the platform, WorkDay. This experience enhanced my ability to handle HR-related tasks efficiently and provided me with a solid foundation to apply my organisational and interpersonal skills in a full-time HR role.
