In my current role, my main responsibility is providing excellent customer service to people who have ordered their shopping online by ensuring that they receive the correct order within the appropriate timeframe. I am also responsible for identifying any discrepancies with the orders and taking the appropriate action. I am also required to cover other roles within the store when necessary, such as checkouts, product picking and stock replenishing. I am required to have an excellent awareness of health and safety legislation and procedures. I also have a responsibility to keep up to date with all relevant training to keep my skills up to date.
