I would take blood, complete wound care, catheter care, support with end of life management, remove stitches/clips, diabetes management, administer various medication including B12, insulin, influenza injections.
Mostly working with people in there own homes who are unable to attend clinics due to various co morbidities.
During this time I began working for a team called the early intervention Team and then moved to the over 65' due to workers being reduced.
Whilst on the early intervention team I would work once week in the clozaril clinic where I would support by taking bloods and ensuring that the patients were well enough to continue to using the medication.
As part of my role I would:
Support worker on a child and adolescent mental health unit.

Stuck to daily routines and boundaries on the ward to ensure patient safety.
