• I began working for Portsmouth City Council in 2015. I was employed to set up a new Rehabilitation Unit within the city. The rehabilitation unit was set up as a joint enterprise with both Portsmouth and the NHS. I was responsible for a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, managers, and carers. The unit supported the hospital to discharge people in a timely manner to enable them to return home once they had completed a rehabilitation programme and/or received social support. The unit thrived and received significant recognition within the city. CQC inspections were always positive and we received GOOD in all domains. My job role involved.

I was operational manager for Portsmouth Rehabilitation and reablement unit only staying for a year, not because i did not love the role but to progress my career in opening up my own rehabilitation unit. My role included
