I am support Staff so i support the team i am working with that day whether that be nappies, tidying up, cleaning, engaging with the children, doing an child led activity, taking them to the garden for forest school, getting them to sleep, making and giving bottles. I am happy to do as asked.

For the first 4 years of my time at the nursery i worked as a 1:1. I had a different child every year. i helped them reach their milestones as written out on the their EHCP's. I completed the paper work for them every term to show where they were up to and where they needed extra support.
