Performer

Dance College (MEPA)
Kent , South/East
09.2020 - 07.2021

During my time as a performer i completed a years of Musical theatre and high end performance training. During my time at MEPA it helped my learn skills like resilience, the correct way to look after our bodies and eat the correct food, manage recovery after intense training sessions and so much more. I learnt about the characteristics behind character when enhancing my performance skills, facial awareness, voice control when singing, stamina when dancing hard for long periods of time, how to manage breathing correctly through performances. I really enjoyed my team at MEPA and took what I learnt to help shape me in other aspects of life.
