
Having worked many roles throughout my 35 year career at William Hill I have developed a multitude of transferable skills that will allow me to be an asset in other sectors of retail. Due to company downsizing I am looking at redundancy and stepping away to a more relaxed work schedule from my usual full time management role. Throughout my career I have strongly demonstrated my reliability and work ethic. From cash handling large amounts of money to ensuring a clean and tidy work environment I have maintained a very high standard of the basics in my jobs and believe this to be a good foundation for any future roles. All of my previous roles have had a focus around procedures and compliance and the importance of following these to protect the licenses of a company. Customer experience has always been my passion and driver throughout my career, focusing on building rapport and relationships to not only improve the service I can provide but to also create repeat custom and a pleasant work atmosphere.
