My roles and responsibilities included, delivering support and supervision sessions as well as Appraisals for staff members. Attending meeting within the Newcastle area relating to service delivery of Streetwise and other youth organisations, to look at gaps in provision for young people and looking at filling those gaps.

I am responsible for the educational, personal social development of young people we meet. I provide, in partnership with staff members a friendly environment and a programme of educational opportunities, with ad for participants, which would facilitate the implementation of the Governments ' Every Child count's legislation and in turn complements Streetwise Yong peoples project policy. I develop relationships built on mutual trust and respect, with participants, staff and members of the community in the area where I work.

I am responsive to young people's needs and act upon their needs. As a member of a staff team, we deliver planning sessions with young people for evening sessions to be delivered. These planning sessions cover activities, meal planning and budgeting.
