During my time at Memtek ltd I worked with senior account managers in an IT company providing solutions to customers in need of enhanced technology services.In this role I worked closely with an account manager where planning of long term and short term goals for financial stability.Also this meeting evidenced to me the continuous improvement process required to maintain optimum conditions for employers and customers. In this role I developed and learnt about some of the key skills required in buisness such as financial planning and critical thinking.
During my year 12 holidays I took the opportunity to work in a pharmacy.In this assistant role I understood and developed my attention to detail through making blister packs for long term patients of serious diseases.Also as I progressed in this role I exercised my leadership skills by taking responsibility to ensure tasks were conducted effectively and meeting tight deadlines.In this role, I learned the importance of leadership and the ability to work in a team under significant pressure.
As a member of a team, I worked part time at Joe Richards ltd.Serving customers required me to work under pressure and multi-task as I actively engaged with customers to process there orders and complete them promptly.Futhermore this role enhanced my social and communication skills as I was meeting people from all walks of life.I also managed stock and the display of product on the shop floor which allowed me to develop my resposibility, time management skills and accuracy.
