To obtain this award I had to work in a team to navigate me and my team from point A to B in Exmoor as part of my practical expedition. For the volunteering aspects i coached cricket to juniors for 2 months in the summer , helping children develop their skills and understanding the game .
University Of Plymouth Football Mental Health Security
Mental health is a concurrent issue that has unfortunately engulfed post covid society , and most predominately in men. As a football club with over 100 male members, it was my responsibility to run an Instagram account helping to break sigmas and offer player a person to be able to talk to.As the the mental health security i also shared useful links to numerous charities and also help liaison with out partners at mind Devon.
