I was the manager of a small village pub in Shirehampton. I managed a team of 8 part time staff members, whom I also trained to ensure great customer service was provided at all times.
As well as overseeing the day to day running of the pub, I also worked 6 shifts a week on the bar. This aided with getting to know the clientele and what they would like to see in the pub.

I joined Nisbets as a Sales Support Assistant overseeing a portfolio of Local Authority accounts in the South West of England and Wales. Just 9 months later I was promoted to Advisor maintaining my portfolio and also assisting in the progression of newer team members. Then it was 3 years before I became the BSM (business sector manager) of Local Authorities, NHS, Government Services and Charities, managing a team of 12 assistants and advisors.
My career with Anglian started as maternity cover for the Service Administrator in the Operations department. I went on to become the Installations Coordinator and transport Coordinator before being promoted to the Promar Supervior in the Sales Department.
