Experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, conflict and complaint resolution, and de-escalation techniques. Previous aviation experience includes successfully passing the British Airways cabin crew selection process and cadet pilot training at CAE.
I have a passion for aviation and love being around the industry in all shapes and forms. I also love helping others and get a great sense of personal satisfaction when I can resolve an issue or provide great customer service.
Delivering parcels for major delivery firms such as Amazon Logistics and Evri, acting as a 'last-mile courier', ensuring packages reached customer addresses promptly.
Completed ATPL ground school examinations with all first time passes and an average score of 92%. I then travelled to Phoenix, Arizona and completed a number of simulator and flight based missions. Unfortunately this was then cut short due to a medical situation meaning that I was no longer able to maintain my medical certification for the role, however I do fully comply with the cabin crew medical requirements and do not have any conditions that would impede my performance.
Elected to a board member position on the Universities' Aeronautical Engineering society, where I was tasked with maintaining the promotion of the club and organising events for the members.
A mixture of customer facing roles including advising customers on the products required for their projects, handling returns, dealing with complaints and working to find an appropriate solution, stocking shelves and manning the checkouts.
