During my studies at Whitepepper Academy, I experienced two days at the prestigious hotel The Newt, I worked in both on site restaurants: The Botanical Room & Farmyard kitchen. This was an eye opening experience and further encouraged my passion for cooking and gave me a feel for service. During this time I experienced preparation work as well as fast paced service, on the second day I ran the starter station independently.
