As a Roadside Recovery Technician/Driver I provided emergency assistance to stranded motorists, diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical faults at the roadside, or towing vehicles to a garage. Key duties include jump-starts, wheel changes, and secure vehicle transport while ensuring customer safety and delivering excellent customer service under high-pressure scenario's.

A Class 1 (C+E) HGV driver operates large articulated vehicles (up to 44 tonnes) to transport goods over long or short distances.
