Having worked at Sainsbury’s, East Grinstead for a number of years alongside with their Argos in-store collection, I’ve been trained in a number of protocols to do with stock replenishment, inventory and order processing. I have learnt many skills to do with customer service, and whilst public environments are not where I thrive I am a polite and reasonable employee. I am well versed in dealing with stressful situations from my work as a customer experience assistant, including that of high endurance shifts, such as that of Christmas rushes within both the store and our Argos department.
