As one of only two workers on shift, i have managed to effectively balance working on tills to help customers pay for their fuel faster, offering extremely reliable customer service with the Shell Go Rewards app, as well as going onto the shop floor and putting out stock that requires replenishment.. I also have the responsibility of keeping track of stock that is near end of shelf life, as well as cooking food in our deli area, making milkshakes, and various cleaning roles. I also help to maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt, replenishing cleaning supplies when required, and giving customers a safe place to refuel their cars.

I worked backshifts to ensure that the shelves were full for the following day. This included; unloading and breaking down deliveries, stacking pallets, maintaining a flow of stock onto the shop floor, along side my colleagues, and occasionally helping on tills if queues began building

As a seasonal hire, I mainly worked on tills during peak hours of the Christmas and New Years period. I effectively assisted in the flow of customers in and out of the store, helping stock shelves and help customers when I wasn't needed at the till.
