Working with people who have suffered long time homelessness, in their own accomodation. Assisting with attending appointments, ensuring needs are met and maintaining relationships with other supporting agencies

This role required me to work with people who were rough sleeping within Lincolnshire. I was required to travel across county offering support and using creative thinking to find secure and suitable housing for those that needed this the most.

Assistant Manger in a busy pub environment. Providing high levels of customer service, whilst managing a small team. Ensuring both customer and business needs are me to the highest of standards.
