I am a college student currently studying IT and Computing, with a strong academic background including six Grade A and three Grade B GCSEs. I have over a year of experience working as bar staff in a four-star hotel, where I developed excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills while working in a fast-paced environment. I also have 10 months of experience as a general store assistant, which strengthened my ability to work efficiently, handle responsibilities independently, and provide a high standard of service to customers.

I am a reliable, hardworking, and friendly individual who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive customer experience.
