
From my previous roles, I’ve developed strong customer service skills that I use to ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience. No matter the situation or attitude I’m faced with, I treat everyone with the same level of respect, patience, and care. I’m confident handling complaints and de-escalating tense situations, always aiming to understand the issue and work towards a fair outcome.
I also have strong experience working in team environments and am comfortable adapting to different roles, whether taking the lead or supporting others. Clear communication with both customers and colleagues has been key to staying organised and effective in busy settings, and helps ensure issues are handled consistently and efficiently. I am now looking to make the move to a role in claims, where I can use my previous experience and developed skills to help reach fair and consistent outcomes.
